A day in the life of a Talent & Learning Expert

The Talent & Learning team is part of the Human Resources department. It’s the centre of expertise for learning and talent development activities. As Talent & Learning Expert, you :

  • design innovative learning, talent & DIB solutions that translate business needs into impactful development experiences
  • drive leadership development to strengthen leaders in a fast-changing environment
  • contribute to the development of our ITP’s (ING trainees) on their exiting journey
  • implement global initiatives locally with creativity and pragmatism—always with an eye for smart processes and real impact
  • collaborate with stakeholders across the business to co-create solutions, manage expectations, and build engagement
  • promote a culture of lifelong learning, inclusion, and growth—making development a key lever for employee engagement and retention.
