ITZU - Zaventem zoekt een HR-professional die recruitment combineert met HR-administratie en een centraal aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie is.

De rol omvat coördinatie van het volledige rekruteringsproces voor arbeidersprofielen, beheer van contacten met interimkantoren en externe partners, en organisatie van onboarding- en offboardingtrajecten, plus verwerking van personeelsadministratie, tijdsregistratie en afwezigheden.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating full recruitment processes for worker profiles.
• Managing contacts with interim agencies and external partners.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handling personnel administration, time tracking and absences.
• Supporting payroll processes and personnel planning.
• Acting as first point of contact for HR-related questions.
