Sogeti Belgium, part of the Capgemini Group, is seeking a BI Analytics Consultant to design and deliver Tableau-based analytics solutions. You will build dashboards, semantic models, and analytical views, collaborating with data engineers to ensure scalable data preparation and integration.

You’ll help clients adopt Tableau-driven insights in regulated and complex environments. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with French a plus.

Job Description

You help organizations make better decisions by turning governed data into clear reliable and meaningful insights using Tableau. You design analytics solutions that business users trust and actively use including dashboards analytical views and data stories. You work closely with data engineers and architects in a consulting environment that values pragmatism collaboration and measurable impact.

YOUR ROLE:

You design and deliver analytics solutions using Tableau that support decision making in complex business and regulated environments. You work on semantic modeling performance optimization and effective data visualization while aligning with modern data platforms governance and data sovereignty constraints. You help ensure that analytics outputs are consistent explainable and reusable for future AI consumption.

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch is required
• Knowledge of French is a strong advantage
