Henkel Belgium offers an exciting six-month internship in Key Account Management starting January 2027. You will support senior managers in analytical tasks, develop opportunities with retailers, and contribute to customer activations while collaborating across functions in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The internship emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on exposure to strategic retail accounts within Belgium.

• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Support Key Account Managers in day-to-day management of strategic retail customers.
• Analyze customer performance by monitoring KPIs such as sales and market share.
• Contribute to the preparation and evaluation of promotional plans and customer activations.
• Help prepare customer meetings and presentations.
• Ensure accurate and timely administrative follow-up, including sales reports, forecasts and customer documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales) to ensure flawless execution.
