- Excellent written & spoken knowledge of English and French.
- Dutch being considered an advantage.
Responsabilités
- Oversee the complete internship recruitment process: gather hiring needs, prepare vacancy texts, post and analyze applications.
- Drive first screening calls and share feedback with hiring managers.
- Monitor internship agreement processes and internal hiring.
- Act as HR ambassador within the internship community and organize activities.
- Support Academic Relations, attend events at universities in Belgium; participate in HR projects around candidate experience, diversity and inclusion.
