Job summary

Médiane Benelux is seeking a System Engineer for a defense sector project. You will support definition, documentation and traceability of system requirements within a complex engineering environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the development lifecycle.

The role focuses on system design activities, requirements management, and ensuring traceability across verification activities. On-site presence at least four days per week is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in systems engineering (3–8 years).
• Knowledge of SysML and system modelling practices.
• Structured, analytical with multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Write, review and maintain system requirements.
• Support system architecture and design activities.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, design elements and verification activities.
• Participate in technical reviews and alignment meetings.
• Produce and maintain clear engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, validation and project teams.
