About the role

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ready to be the heartbeat of our dynamic team? We are searching for a Supply Service Coordinator to be the face and voice of Reckitt, delivering unparalleled support and care to our customers. In this role, you'll connect our products to our clients, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.

Your responsibilities

• Day to day management and processing of orders, including:
  • Creating orders in the system
  • Coordinating with the transport haulier
  • Coordinating with the warehouse to plan the deliveries
  • Returns and disputes
• Be the key supply contact for clients, coordinating:
  • Out of stocks and availabilities
  • Supply challenges and resolutions
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain and improve processes
• Prepare and analyse dashboards for KPIs
• Report weekly KPIs for Service Levels and customer indicators
• Analyse service drivers and lead improvement initiatives
• Provide monthly analysis on different supply topics
• Liaise with team to provide customer insights and identify opportunities

The experience we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management
• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field
• Work autonomously and take ownership
• Proven leadership and strong collaboration & influencing skills
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to challenge status quo
• Proficiency in SAP or other supply chain software is a plus
• Strong analytical and presentation skills / Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French/Dutch is a plus
