Legend Biotech Belgium is building a new manufacturing capability in Ghent and is seeking Ops (Jr/Sr) Expert to support facility readiness and technology transfer. You will work across cross-functional teams to develop SOPs, MBRS, and operational workflows for personnel, materials, waste, and logistics in a cGMP setting.

The role includes daily manufacturing activities in sterile environments, with potential involvement in isolator-based operations and Grade C cell processing as the project

Qualifications

• Hands-on operations in cGMP or ATMP environments preferred.
• Experience with isolators, cleanrooms, or aseptic manufacturing.
• Familiarity with cGMP systems like PAS-X, eLIMS, MES and SAP.

Responsabilités

• Support startup and operational readiness of the GMP facility.
• Contribute to technology transfer and documentation (MBRs, SOPs).
• Perform daily manufacturing activities in sterile environments as needed.
• Follow approved procedures and support quality systems including deviations and CAPAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and equipment storage.
