MegaCool Technologies is accelerating cooling technology for AI infrastructure. We seek a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to align procurement, inventory, and logistics with production and customer demand.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing and Customers to keep the supply chain efficient as we scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or Materials Management in high-tech or manufacturing.
• Experience with supplier management, inventory management, forecasting and order fulfillment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Understanding of Incoterms and international logistics.
• Ability to work with operational and financial data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset for a fast-moving startup environment.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain from procurement through delivery.
• Coordinate suppliers and ensure on-time delivery, quality and cost efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, forecasting and supply planning to ensure continuity.
• Track purchase orders, lead times and logistics and resolve delivery issues.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Optimize logistics processes and reduce lead times and costs.
• Coordinate order fulfillment from purchase through customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data and reporting for decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations and Finance to anticipate needs.
• Support scaling of supply chain from prototypes to production.

At MegaCool Technologies, we’re tackling one of AI’s biggest physical challenges: Heat. Our proprietary Smartfins technology enables ultra-efficient cooling for next-generation data centers.

We’re a lean, fast-moving deep-tech startup connecting advanced software with large-scale hardware manufacturing.

As Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure that our materials, suppliers, inventory and logistics are aligned with production and customer demand.

You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing and Customers to keep the supply chain running efficiently as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain from procurement and materials planning through delivery.
• Coordinate suppliers and ensure on-time delivery, quality and cost efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, forecasting and supply planning to ensure continuity of production.
• Track purchase orders, lead times and logistics and resolve delivery issues.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Optimize logistics processes and identify opportunities to reduce lead times and costs.
• Coordinate order fulfillment from purchase through customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data and reporting to support operational decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations and Finance to anticipate supply requirements.
• Support the scaling of MegaCool's supply chain from prototypes to industrial production.

What You Bring

• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or Materials Management, ideally in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with supplier management, inventory management, forecasting and order fulfillment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Understanding of Incoterms and international logistics.
• Ability to work with operational and financial data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset suited to a fast-moving startup environment.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with electronics, semiconductors, nanoelectronics or other high-tech products.
• Experience with production planning or manufacturing supply chains.
• Experience working in an international technology environment.
