Description du poste

For our client, a global leader in sustainable mobility solutions, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Requests: Create and process purchase requests with timely follow-up on expediting and preparation of shipping documents.
  • Service Entry Sheets: Ensure efficient issuance of Service Entry Sheets/Progress Reports for materials, services, packages, and purchase orders.
  • SAP Data Migration: Oversee the accurate migration of technical data from the Teamcenter system to the SAP tool.
  • Material Expediting: Ensure the timely expediting of materials in alignment with agreed deadlines with selected suppliers.
  • Shipping Documents: Coordinate the preparation of shipping documents to meet deadlines agreed with other departments and supply chain planners.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain planning processes.
  • Logistics Implementation: Implement logistics processes such as import/export, goods receipt, picking and packing activities, and support for shipping documents, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Logistics Strategies: Ensure the application of defined logistics strategies within the assigned region, aligning with departmental guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Supply Chain Planning department to deliver required services in terms of picking/packing and delivery timelines, following project-level logistics procedures.
  • SAP Processes: Implement SAP-based processes for goods receipt, storage, picking/packing, and kitting of materials for shipping.
  • Warehouse Activities: Manage the issuance of purchase requests and Service Entry Sheets for warehouse operations and local transportation.
  • KPI Reporting: Contribute to the application, measurement, and reporting of KPIs within the assigned region.

Profile Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement, preferably in an international environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP and Teamcenter systems, with the ability to manage data migration and implement processes effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize supply chain processes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues in supply chain operations.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
