Job summary

Beiersdorf Belgium is offering a Supply Chain Intern position for a 6-month period starting Jan 2027. You will support the Belgian Customer Operations Team, collaborating with Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics, VAS, Quality, Finance and commercial teams.

You’ll rotate through areas like service levels, stock management and delivery coordination while gaining hands-on experience in an international FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• You are finishing your Master’s degree in Supply Chain and/or Operations Management.
• Available for at least 6 months from Jan 2027, 5 days a week (2 days home office).
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus but not mandatory.
• Interested in FMCG careers.
• Strong Excel skills and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Belgian Customer Operations Team (Customer Management, Collaboration & Logistics).

Your Tasks

To strengthen our Benelux Customer Operations Team, we are looking for a Supply Chain Intern – (at least) 6 months (Jan/June 2027).

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will mainly support the Belgian Customer Operations Team (responsible for Customer Management, Customer Collaboration & Customer Logistics) to reach a truly customer centric mindset. You will work closely together with Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics, VAS, Quality, Finance & the Commercial Department. Close collaboration with the NL colleagues to share best practices & align ways of working will also be part of your tasks.

During your internship, you will get a deeper understanding of the entire responsibility of the Supply Chain Department. You will learn how the Supply Chain Department of an international company works and gain practical knowledge that will be extremely useful in your field in the future.

After a thorough onboarding, you will also get full responsibility in managing some of our customer accounts to put theory into practice.

Your Profile

WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN US

• You are finishing your Master's degree in Supply Chain and/or Operations Management
• You are available for at least 6 months as of Jan 2027, 5 days a week (2 days of home office)
• You are fluent in English. Knowledge in Dutch and/or French is considered a plus, but is not mandatory

• You have strong Excel skills and are IT literate
• You have strong analytical skills
• You have a proactive and collaborative personality with strong communication and social skills
