Jobat in Heverlee is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant for a temporary role focused on ensuring material availability and smooth operations. You will support material planning, inventory management, and continuity by collaborating with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

You will monitor KPIs and SAP reports, optimize SAP MRP parameters, and address material shortages and replenishment actions while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsabilités

• Manage material availability and inventory levels to support uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain and optimize SAP MRP parameters.
• Follow up on material shortages, replenishment activities, and planning actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve material-related issues.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and SAP reports to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material planning and supply chain workflows.
• Contribute to process optimization projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reliability across the supply chain.

Your Challenge

As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting material planning, inventory management, and supply chain continuity.
