Start People in Belgium seeks a Supply Chain Assistant for a 6-month, full-time temporary assignment with a hybrid on-site/remote setup. You will support material planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Engineering and Operations.

You will work with SAP MRP, monitor KPIs, address shortages, and contribute to process improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with SAP, MRP planning, and inventory management processes.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
• Previous experience within the semiconductor industry is considered a strong asset.

Your Challenge

As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting material planning, inventory management, and supply chain continuity. Location & Hybrid Working

We offer a flexible hybrid working model that combines remote work with on-site collaboration. To ensure close cooperation with the team and stakeholders, an on-site presence of three days per week is required. Fully remote work is not possible.
