Cross Border Talents is seeking multilingual Customer Service Agents to join our expanding teams across Portugal, Spain, Greece, and Malta. Work from anywhere in your country of residence, with options for remote, hybrid, or on-site arrangements.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate information and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Fluency in English plus another European language, and valid EU work eligibility are required; relocation and welcome bonuses

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal, Spain, Greece, or Malta.

What We're Looking For
