Jan De Nul is seeking a BIM Modeler with a focus on structural design for on-site work in Mons, Belgium. You will model and adjust 3D BIM structures in Autodesk Revit, create 2D execution drawings and quantify take-offs, and ensure clash-free integration with architecture and MEP disciplines.

You will collaborate with design engineers, site managers, and estimators, adhering to internal drafting standards and project agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit or willingness to develop your skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Model and adjust 3D structural BIM models for national and international projects.
• Prepare 2D execution drawings and quantity take-offs from the BIM model.
• Coordinate with Team Lead, Design Engineers, Site Managers and Estimators to ensure a clash-free model.
• Check your models and their derived documents and report on project status.
