Les Tartes de Françoise is seeking a Strategy Manager to be the CEO’s right hand, shaping top priorities and driving them across the company. You will operate across strategy, analysis, project management, and external partnerships to turn insights into action in a fast-paced Belgian SME.

Ideal candidates move quickly between analysis and execution, with strong ownership and stakeholder coordination. The role offers broad exposure to growth, operations and development.

The Strategy Manager is the CEO’s right hand at Les Tartes de Françoise, working on the company’s top priorities.

The role spans strategy, analysis, project management, process optimization and execution: you provide the insights behind key decisions, then drive them across functions and with external partners.

The role is perfect for someone who moves fast between analysis, strategy and execution.

Scope

Strategy & CEO support

• Support key decisions with analyses and business cases
• Turn priorities into action plans and drive them across departments
• Lead cross-functional projects and external partners
• Spot growth and efficiency opportunities

Retail expansion

• Identify and analyze locations for new ateliers
• Build business cases on sales potential, investment and returns
• Manage real-estate agents, landlords and partners
• Run the process from screening to investment decision and budgeting

Strategic & operational projects

• Lead operational improvement projects with production
• Support new channels and partnerships, from delivery platforms to a franchise model
• Renegotiate supplier contracts and support strategic procurement

Process optimization, AI & automation

• Find inefficient processes and help teams automate them
• Use AI and digital tools to sharpen analyses and productivity
• Build practical AI use cases across departments with IT

Growth & business development

• Analyze new growth opportunities
• Support strategic B2B opportunities and major accounts, including pricing analyses
• Track initiatives and recommend corrective action

What we are looking for

• 1–3 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking or private equity
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly proficient with AI tools and how automation improves processes
• Strong project management; coordinates stakeholders without hierarchical authority
• Strong ownership: you make sure things get done
• Entrepreneurial, at ease between strategy and execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English
