CTRL-F NV in Ypres is seeking a Purchasing Manager responsible for leading the purchasing department and driving an efficient, forward-looking procurement strategy. You will develop processes, negotiate with suppliers, manage budgets and contribute strategic insights to senior management while ensuring compliant contract management.

The role requires a bachelor or master degree with 5+ years of experience, strong analytical and commercial skills, and fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts and supplier management.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English; additional languages welcome.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.

Responsabilités

• You will further develop the procurement department and optimise procurement processes, procedures and policy.
• You will negotiate with suppliers on prices, contracts and commercial terms.
• You will manage procurement and investment budgets and oversee fleet management.
• You will analyse the market, identify opportunities and visit relevant trade fairs and suppliers.
• You will monitor the quality of procurement processes using KPIs and reports.
• You will ensure accurate administrative follow-up, invoice verification and contract management.
• You will advise senior management on strategic procurement decisions and actively contribute ideas for further optimisation.
