Zusammenfassung

TMC Belgium is seeking a Production Planner to oversee the end-to-end flow of materials across the production and supply chain, balancing service, efficiency and inventory. You will develop planning strategies and work with internal and external partners to improve coordination and visibility of material flow.

You will lead improvement initiatives, including ERP/SAP enhancements, and monitor KPIs such as service level and working capital efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Requires degree in a related field and 5+ years in material/production/supply planning.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, forecasting, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or another ERP system and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end material flow across production and supply chain.
• Manage material requirements, replenishment, and supplier coordination.
• Analyze inventory performance and reduce excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
• Lead supply chain projects focusing on standardization, automation, digitalization, and ERP/SAP improvements.
• Monitor planning KPIs including service level and working capital efficiency.
• Conduct risk and scenario analyses and respond to potential disruptions.
