Imec India Private Limited is seeking an IP Specialist for their IP Intelligence Team in Heverlee, Belgium. The role involves transforming patent intelligence into guidance for advanced technology research, creating structured insights, and developing advanced patent search strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, 5-7 years in patent data analysis, and be familiar with IP tools. You'll have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment with a commitment to personal and technical development.

Qualifications

5–7 years of relevant experience in patent searching and patent data analysis.
Certification as a Qualified Patent Information Professional (QPIP) is a strong plus.
Experience with patent landscape analysis and IP strategy is an asset.

Responsabilités

Clarify patent intelligence needs with patent portfolio managers and R&D stakeholders.
Develop advanced search strategies for patentability and competitor monitoring.
Create structured reports, recommendations, and visual summaries for stakeholders.
