CMB.TECH, a leading maritime group focused on decarbonising shipping, seeks a Business Advisor to connect legal, commercial, tax and finance functions. You will drive partnerships, support complex contract negotiations, and translate cross-functional considerations into actionable outcomes.

The role requires managing HoA processes, stakeholder communications, and identifying commercial optimisation opportunities to strengthen strategic alliances in an international context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Finance or related field; MBA or legal qualification advantageous.
• 5–7 years in business advisory, commercial management or cross-functional strategic roles.
• English and Dutch proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• Proven track record in negotiations and multi-stakeholder processes with contract knowledge.
• Experience in industrial, maritime or heavy equipment sectors is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary bridge between legal, commercial, tax and finance departments and promote integrated business solutions.
• Participate in HoA and term sheet meetings; develop negotiation strategies and optimize commercial terms.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and manage timelines to progress deals.
• Identify commercial optimisation opportunities and provide data-driven insights for decisions.
• Nurture and grow strategic partnerships with clear governance frameworks and performance metrics.
