Talan Group is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our IT projects and help drive transformation through technology in Belgium. You will elicit and document requirements, collaborate with product owners and architects, and shape business processes across projects.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong English and French/Dutch proficiency, experience in relevant sectors, and solid MS Office skills. This role emphasizes requirements management, traceability and proactive stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience with BPMN and UML modeling techniques.
• Fluent English with strong French and/or Dutch proficiency.
• Experience in finance, public, energy, or industrial sectors is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good understanding of IT and testing.
• Experience with requirements management.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and SMEs to align business and tech strategies.
• Analyze and design new business processes.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results.
• Manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage.
• Participate in quality reviews of designs, prototypes and requirements.
• Plan and execute the BA requirements management strategy across lifecycle.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community.
