Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting in the insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of insurance products, ecosystem, and industry best practices.
• Proven experience in leading and managing project teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Native proficiency in French or Dutch and very good knowledge of English.
