Job summary

UCB is seeking a Device Assembly & Packaging Industrialization Lead to drive strategic industrialization for device assembly, secondary packaging, and combination products. You will lead project portfolios, collaborate across Drug Product, MSAT, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs, and ensure launch readiness and lifecycle management for late-stage development and commercial products.

Qualifications

• Master degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech development, industrialization and/or manufacturing.
• Experience in device assembly and packaging industrialization and familiarity with cGMP, regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop global industrialization and manufacturing strategies for device assembly, packaging, and combination products.
• Oversee the strategic industrial project portfolio including launches and lifecycle management.
• Establish long-term capacity and investment plans across manufacturing technologies.
• Serve as SME for Device combination products and packaging in cross-functional teams.
• Ensure readiness for launches and lifecycle management of late-stage and commercial products.
• Lead regulatory and CMC activities related to manufacturing and packaging.
