Purson is seeking a Procurement Specialist - Indirect Spend in Belgium to drive category strategies, competitive tenders and long-term supplier partnerships. You will partner with internal stakeholders, translate business needs into procurement actions and manage multiple projects with a focus on cost optimization and value creation.

Qualifications

Experience within strategic procurement, sourcing or category management.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
Structured, proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience within technical services, construction, industrial environments or indirect procurement is a strong asset.
Professional proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies for indirect spend.
Manage competitive tender processes and supplier selection.
Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, contractual conditions, service levels and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations and technical departments throughout procurement projects.
Ensure procurement activities comply with governance, contractual obligations and sustainability objectives.
Monitor supplier performance through KPI tracking and business reviews.
