Job summary

Menarini Benelux is seeking a Procurement Manager to own and lead indirect procurement across Pharma, Diagnostics and Oncology. You will manage an indirect spend portfolio of about €10 million, blending hands-on sourcing with category and supplier management.

This individual contributor role works with Regional Procurement and Global Category Management to implement global strategies locally. You will drive governance, cost savings, and process improvements, while collaborating with finance on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, procurement, economics, or engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant procurement experience, ideally in multinational or regulated environments.
• Experience in indirect categories and end-to-end sourcing.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier management skills.
• Experience with budgeting, cost forecasting and spend analysis.
• Comfortable with ERP/procurement systems, spend data, Excel, and AI-enabled tools.
• Fluent French, Dutch, and English (essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead Benelux indirect procurement across Pharma, Diagnostics and Oncology.
• Develop procurement plans and sourcing approaches aligned with global strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Global Procurement Policy and local requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Deliver cost savings and value through supplier management.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing for IT, Facilities, Marketing, Professional Services, Events and Fleet.
• Collaborate with Global Category Management and local stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and contractual commitments.
• Support procurement transformation and digital tools adoption.
