Quento, the ICT arm of the Qualco Group, seeks a highly motivated Project Manager to lead ICT projects across AI, Digital Engineering, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. The role is based in Brussels with hybrid work and requires at least five years of project management experience and PMI-aligned certification.

You will define strategies, manage budgets, risks, and stakeholders, and mentor team members while ensuring regulatory compliance. English fluency is required, French knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Information Systems development projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g. CAPM, PM², PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies and practical experience applying them in complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and the System Development Life Cycle.

Responsabilités

• Manage ICT projects through full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define project strategies, scope, deliverables, and implementation approaches.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor project activities and review deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, quality plans, status reports, and documentation.
• Perform risk assessment, issue management, and change management activities.
• Estimate and manage costs, timelines, and resources to meet constraints.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Organize and participate in working groups and stakeholder discussions.
