Deliveroo in Brussels is seeking a Commercial Strategy Associate to drive cross‑functional strategic projects using data‑driven insights. You will be a key part of the Belgium commercial team, translating analyses into actionable growth initiatives.

This role blends analytical rigor with execution, process-building and iteration to achieve commercial excellence, offering exposure to multiple moving parts in a fast‑growing tech company. Office in Brussels with 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, business insights, or BI.
• Interest in food and/or retail industry is a plus.
• Ability to understand incrementally and cause/effect.
• Strong business acumen with prioritisation and execution capabilities.
• Client-facing interactions during meetings.

Responsabilités

• Become a subject-matter expert on Deliveroo operations, especially restaurant operations.
• Perform data analyses to support commercial strategy and sales performance.
• Create and roll out processes and tools to improve internal efficiency.
• Act as the link between HQ and the local Belgium team on new projects and product developments.
• Collaborate with other markets to share knowledge and best practices.
• Influence stakeholders to deliver best-in-class operations.
