Air Products is seeking motivated graduates for its Career Development Program (CDP) starting in October 2026. This program features three structured assignments over three years, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience across various business areas.

Graduates with a master’s degree in analytical disciplines who have strong analytical skills and are fluent in English are encouraged to apply. This program aims to cultivate future leaders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation between Summer 2025 and August 2026.
• Very good analytical skills and good level of knowledge on BI tools and Excel.
• Fluent English is required; French, Dutch or German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the deployment of the Northern Continent 5-year growth plan.
• Analyze markets and competitor landscape for growth opportunities.
• Drive prospecting and lead qualification on targeted segments.
