Projective Group is seeking a Business Data Analyst in Brussels to help shape and improve customer data capabilities within a modern analytics environment. You will combine business analysis, vendor governance, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver reliable data solutions for a leading financial institution.

You will join a modern analytics data platform focused on customer data management, enrichment, and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or similar role.
• Good understanding of modern data platforms, data pipelines, and cloud-based environments.
• Experience with vendor management, contract evaluation, and SLA monitoring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyse customer data processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for vendor solutions.
• Evaluate external data and software providers against business needs.
• Design and monitor SLAs and KPIs for third-party services.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business, technology, and procurement teams.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements.
• Support data governance, compliance, and quality initiatives.
