Rhox is seeking a Strategic Governance & Business-IT Alignment Manager to translate ICT audit recommendations into measurable improvements and help implement a service-based ICT model with clear governance. You will track actions, oversee ICT budgets and supplier performance, and align business and ICT stakeholders on priorities, service expectations and governance.

• Senior experience in ICT governance and business-IT alignment.
• Proven track record delivering audit or improvement programmes.
• Experience in ICT financial control, outsourcing, sourcing and supplier management.
• Knowledge of COBIT and ITIL frameworks.
• Strong communication with executive and ICT stakeholders.

We're looking for a Strategic Governance & Business-IT Alignment Manager to turn ICT audit recommendations into measurable improvements and help implement a service-based ICT model with clear governance and stronger business-IT alignment.

What you'll do:

• Track audit actions and report progress to the CEO and governance bodies.
• Improve oversight of ICT budgets, outsourcing costs and supplier performance.
• Turn audit findings into prioritised actions, owners, milestones and auditable decisions.
• Connect business and ICT stakeholders on priorities, budgets and service expectations.
• Develop service ownership, service agreements and service management practices.
• Advise ICT leadership on strategy, governance, sourcing and portfolio priorities.

What you bring:

• Senior experience in ICT governance, Business-IT alignment, service management, ICT control or a comparable transformation role.
• Proven experience delivering audit or improvement programmes in complex environments.
• Experience in ICT financial control, budget tracking, outsourcing, sourcing, contracts and supplier management.
• Experience designing governance forums, reporting models, roles, responsibilities and decision processes.
• Knowledge of COBIT and/or ITIL, ICT governance, and project, programme and portfolio management (PPM).
• Ability to turn findings into practical actions, clear priorities, accountable owners and progress reporting.
• Strong stakeholder communication across executive, business and ICT levels.
• Analytical skills covering risks, budgets, KPIs and decision papers.
• Experience managing supplier escalations and improvement plans.
• Experience improving service-oriented ICT organisations and business-ICT collaboration.
• Coaching and facilitation skills to support collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Native French and Dutch; English at B2 level.
