Loop Earplugs is seeking a Senior Packaging Program Manager to own packaging across our product portfolio. You will bring structure to complex launches, align cross-functional teams, and ensure packages are delivered on time, budget, and to Loop's quality standards.

You'll lead packaging programs from concept through mass production, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, Design, and external manufacturing partners to build a scalable packaging roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in packaging, program management, project management, engineering, or consumer product development.
• Experience delivering packaging for consumer products from concept through mass production.
• Strong understanding of packaging manufacturing, tooling, material sourcing, and NPI/NPD development processes.
• Experience working directly with Contract Manufacturers and OEM partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously improve Loop's packaging milestone framework across all NPD programs.
• Build and maintain the packaging roadmap, ensuring timelines stay aligned across multiple product launches.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Design, Contract Manufacturers, and OEM partners to keep programs moving.
• Identify risks early across sourcing, tooling, artwork, manufacturing, and production, driving mitigation plans before they become blockers.
• Manage packaging resources and budgets across concurrent development programs.
• Provide clear packaging status updates that leadership can confidently use in overall program reporting.
• Drive consistency, structure, and best practices across all packaging projects.
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned while balancing speed, quality, and commercial priorities.
