OMP is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the end‑to‑end opportunity lifecycle, from initial identification to closing. You will expand our customer base while promoting Unison Planning™ and coordinating with the Marketing & Communications team to highlight the unique selling points of OMP.

You will map stakeholders, build relationships, and educate prospects on value, traveling as needed and collaborating with a global team to grow our commercial pipeline.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, supply chain management, or marketing.
• 5–10 years commercial experience in business software solutions or supply chain consultancy.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Confidence when dealing with complex customer needs and technology use cases.

Responsabilités

• Managing the prospect pipeline from start to end, tracking opportunities, validating leads, and closing opportunities.
• Mapping stakeholders at both prospect organizations and alliance partners.
• Building constructive relationships with prospective buyers and contacts within their organizations.
• Shaping offers, providing pre-sales information, and aligning with multiyear plans with Business Development and other experts.
• Educating prospects on OMP’s value proposition clearly and convincingly.
• Overcoming concerns, questions, and obstacles from prospective customers.
• Representing OMP at commercial and networking events.
• Understanding how OMP’s products and services meet customer needs and add value across industries.
• Managing the CRM system to follow‑up our accounts.
