Job summary

FINVISORS is seeking a Financial Manager to translate strategic objectives into robust financial plans across Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. The role involves guiding executives on investments, supervising a five-person finance team, and ensuring compliant, efficient financial operations across borders.

Key tasks include optimizing cash flow, managing risks, and driving digital finance improvements in collaboration with IT.

Responsibilities

• Translate group strategy into financial plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor the financial health of the group.
• Advise the CEO and shareholders on investments, mergers and acquisitions and track investments.
• Analyze financial results and translate insights into concrete actions for the business.
• Lead, coach and develop the five-member finance team.
• Oversee bookkeeping, annual accounts and taxation in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany with external partners.
• Manage cash position and financial risks of the group.
• Be the primary contact for banks, accountants, insurers and tax authorities.
• Optimize and digitize financial processes in collaboration with IT.
