Job summary

Vetoquinol BeNeSca seeks a Finance & Risks Manager to lead financial management, performance, risk and people across BeNeSca. You will partner with local management and coach a Belgium-based finance team.

You’ll drive budgeting, reporting, compliance and business insights to steer strategic decisions. Fluent in Dutch, English and French is required, with a hybrid working model in Niel, Belgium.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional.
• Extensive experience in financial leadership within international environments.
• Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in business partnering, financial planning, reporting, compliance and risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with IT implementations and/or project management.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, French.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management across BeNeSca, including procedures, controls and systems.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, statutory accounts and audits.
• Drive business performance analyses on sales, margins and profitability.
• Lead, develop and coach the BeNeSca finance team.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide data and insights to support strategic decisions.
• Promote strong finance culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
