Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Finance Chief of Staff to assist the CFO in operational execution and to lead strategic financial initiatives. The role focuses on budgeting, performance monitoring, and ensuring efficient financial operations across the organisation.

You will collaborate with Deputy CFO, Head of Controlling, and Shared Service Centres to drive milestones, track progress, and implement actions to address deviations, while supporting corporate functions and leadership in strategic programmes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in top strategy consulting and/or audit/transaction services
• Strong project management skills and experience in leading finance transformation projects
• Experience in fast-moving international environments
• Hands-on change management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of financial policies to support key objectives
• Analyse and define improvements for digitalising finance processes
• Lead or participate in projects for corporate support departments (HR, procurement, IT)
• Maintain succession planning and training initiatives within scope
