Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering from a top university.
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate development (industry or advisory).
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead M&A pipeline activities including market analysis, target evaluation, and deal structuring.
• Coordinate due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
• Support negotiation, documentation, and closing processes for transactions.
• Oversee integration and post-closing obligations of acquired entities.
• Contribute to strategic growth, cross-border deals, and regional expansion.
