Viaposte Maintenance Benelux is seeking an Administrative and Finance Officer to strengthen our administrative and financial team in Belgium and France. You will work closely with the Director of Administration & Development in Belgium and contribute to financial monitoring, performance analysis, and support local teams.

In this versatile role you ensure accurate information, up-to-date documents, and well-structured data.

Qualifications

• As the Administrative and Finance Officer you provide essential administrative support to the Director and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the company’s administration.

• You enjoy bringing order and structure to information and quickly identifying errors or missing elements.

Responsabilités

• Manage and follow up on the company’s general administration
• Check, process and follow up on invoices and payments
• Monitor and update financial data and cost centres
• Prepare and update various reports and tracking tools
• Check, structure and maintain Excel files and other administrative documents
• Organise and improve existing administrative data and tools
• Provide administrative support for commercial activities and sales
• Provide administrative support to the Director in the development of the company and on various projects
• Prepare, collect and structure the information required by the Director
• Follow up on various administrative actions and ensure deadlines are met
