Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong academic record.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consulting, research, executive search, talent advisory, or similar analytical environment.
• International mindset and cross-border experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the start-up phase of the search by joining client kick-off meetings and helping develop the search strategy.
• Gather information on industries and target companies, including prospects and sources.
• Represent the client in the marketplace and present a universe of qualified candidates with confidentiality.
• Anticipate needs to drive the search to closure and provide market insights as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the search team and keep abreast of developments.
• Prepare client progress reports with informed perspectives on prospects and fit against criteria.
• Maintain up-to-date assignment, company, and candidate information in the firm’s database.
• Develop expertise in a defined industry, function, or geography over time.
• Contribute to local, practice, or firm-wide initiatives and share information across teams.
