Sally Europe in Ghent is seeking a skilled supply chain professional to optimise inventory and forecasting. You will manage stock levels, create forecasts from sales trends, and coordinate purchasing within budget while supporting launches and promotions.

Join a collaborative team, partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and drive improvements in supply performance through data analysis and proactive risk management. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience with forecasting or ERP systems such as D365 is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory levels to support customer demand while minimising excess stock.
• Create and maintain supply forecasts using sales data, trends, and promotional plans.
• Manage purchasing and intake plans within agreed budgets.
• Support product launches, promotions, and range changes to ensure stock is available when needed.
• Monitor supply chain performance and provide insights to drive improvements.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to proactively manage risks and resolve issues.
