imec is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project & Governance Manager to lead strategic, organization-wide initiatives across departments, including R&D, HR, Finance, ICT, Legal and Operations. You will shape governance, drive major transformation programs and partner with senior leaders to turn ambiguity into structured execution.

You will design governance structures, establish steering forums, and deliver KPI dashboards while ensuring alignment with imec's strategic ambitions.

Qualifications

• Candidates demonstrate strategic thinking and structured problem solving.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders across functions.
• Experience designing governance models and PMO practices.
• Strong analytical, communication and facilitation capabilities.
• Ability to balance strategic goals with operational execution.
• Experience leading complex transformation programs.
