IMEC in Leuven, Belgium seeks a Funded Manager - Hardware Technologies to coordinate public funding activities and build expertise across hardware and deep-tech domains. You will act as the interface to Flemish and national funding agencies and support project proposals, negotiations and reporting.

You will follow funding policy, participate in events with governmental stakeholders, and identify funding opportunities aligning with imec's priorities while maintaining network across ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in engineering or sciences required.
• Strong interest in hardware and semiconductor innovation and rapid domain knowledge building.
• Willingness to learn Flemish/national funding policies.
• Strong networking skills with funding programs and innovation ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Interface with Flemish and national funding agencies for hardware and deep-tech areas.
• Represent imec in workshops, conferences and meetings with government stakeholders.
• Initiate and follow funded projects from proposals to negotiations and reporting.
• Identify and secure funding opportunities supporting imec's priorities.
• Monitor Flemish funding landscape and contribute to programs.
