Keytrade Bank seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the bank's architecture landscape, aligning business strategy with technology, data and regulatory requirements. You will advise senior stakeholders and drive major transformation initiatives across core banking, cloud migration and API ecosystems.

With deep knowledge of financial services and TOGAF or similar frameworks, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensure architecture governance, and promote secure, resilient solutions

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in IT with 5+ in an Enterprise Architect or senior role.
• Experience in financial services, ideally retail/commercial banking.
• Strong knowledge of core banking platforms and payments infrastructure.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure and/or GCP) and hybrid models.
• Experience with API-led integration, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman and/or BIAN frameworks.
• Understanding regulatory requirements’ impact on technology environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Governance: define and promote the EA framework and standards.
• Business and Technology Alignment: translate priorities into architectural solutions across IT, Risk, Finance and Compliance.
• Lead transformation programmes (core banking modernisation, cloud migration).
• Define target architectures for payments, trading, savings and client data.
• Ensure security-by-design and regulatory compliance throughout lifecycles.
• Communicate concepts clearly to executives and board-level stakeholders.
