Spilberg in Brussels is seeking an experienced Chief Architect to lead the enterprise architecture vision across a large-scale, regulated financial environment operating in Belgium and the Netherlands.

In this strategic role you will define target architecture, drive digital transformation, govern architecture across domains, and collaborate with executives to align technology strategy with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect or Chief/Lead Architect.
• Strong background in banking or regulated environments.
• Proven leadership within complex matrix organizations.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud, integration, infrastructure and security.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• TOGAF / ArchiMate certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive enterprise target architecture.
• Translate strategy into architectural roadmaps.
• Lead transformation, simplification, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
• Govern cloud, platform, integration, and security architecture.
• Align architecture across domains, tribes, and business units.
