Jobtailor in Olen, Belgium is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to translate BU ambitions into a focused strategic and tactical roadmap across sites. You will align site EHS strategies, drive performance with KPIs and reporting, and act as trusted advisor to BU management.

Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with PA Level 1 certification and a Master’s degree in a technical field. Willingness to travel to multiple sites is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical, scientific or engineering discipline.
• PA Level 1 Certified Safety Specialist required.
• Minimum 5 years of proven EHS experience in a process-industry environment.
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and risk management.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; willingness to travel between sites.

Responsabilités

• Translate BU EHS ambitions into a focused strategic and tactical roadmap with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Align and optimize site EHS strategies for consistent high-quality implementation across locations.
• Identify BU-wide EHS risks using audits, data and site insights.
• Drive performance management through KPIs, reviews and reporting for BU leadership.
• Coach site management and EHS teams to translate standards into local practices.
• Promote strong safety leadership and ownership throughout line management and teams.
• Act as trusted EHS advisor to BU management and represent the BU in Group EHS forums.
• Stimulate innovation, collaboration and accountability at all levels.
