Job summary
KRÜGER – Personal Headhunting is representing an internationally active, family-owned textile manufacturer with a full value chain from fibre to finished fabric. The Director of Processes & Innovation will shape strategy, own certification programs, and drive continuous improvements across spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing.
The role requires strong leadership, deep experience in textile processes, and fluency in French or Dutch/Flemish with English.
Qualifications
- Several years of leadership within textile industry
- Strong process optimization and management systems expertise
- Experience with certifications and audits in regulated industries
- Hands-on, structured leader who drives change cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Shape and implement the company’s innovation and process strategy
- Own management systems and certifications; ensure audit readiness
- Coordinate product certifications (OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, GRS, OCS, BCI)
- Develop production standards, methods and process documentation
- Maintain product definitions and central catalogue
- Lead the laboratory organisation and investments for efficiency
- Interface with IT and digitalisation initiatives; support R&D projects
