Wlgroup is seeking a knowledgeable professional to support a NATO-related partnerships branch in Norfolk, VA. You will coordinate activities, serve as the primary liaison across directorates, and craft briefings, reports, and policy documents for senior leaders.

The role requires developing engagement strategies and maintaining information management, with travel up to thirty days a year. This is a relocation-heavy, long-term engagement with a NATO-5 visa provision; fluency in English and

Qualifications

• This role requires a postgraduate degree in IR or related field and experience in international security or defence.
• Experience in alliance structures or defence ministries is preferred.
• Proven ability to draft for and brief senior leaders, with strong English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to activities and coordination rhythm of the partnerships branch.
• Serve as a central point of contact for partnership strands across directorates.
• Develop briefings, point papers, speaking notes, reports and decision-support products for senior leadership.
• Develop and review policies, directives and procedures behind military partnerships.
• Identify, coordinate and track activities, programmes of work, exercises, training and engagements.
• Maintain corporate memory: information management, lessons learned and document traceability.
• Ensure partnership activities comply with security policy and information sharing rules.
• Prepare and execute key leader engagements with background papers and talking points.
• Travel to meetings, conferences and workshops up to ~30 days/year.
