Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. We are looking for a Cost Manager to draw up and verify cost models from feasibility studies to detailed designs and to oversee tendering processes.

You will work closely with Program and Project Managers for financial follow-up, provide guidance on contractual conditions, and keep financial dashboards and reporting up to date, ensuring data integrity and

Qualifications

• Education in Industrial or Civil engineering, Construction or Architecture.
• RICS or relevant additional training is a definite asset.
• Proven experience as a cost manager in the sector.
• Strong knowledge of various contract types.
• Excellent communication at senior management level.

Responsabilités

• Draw up and verify cost models from feasibility studies to detailed designs.
• Verify measurement records for conformity with methods and clauses; supervise tendering and quotations.
• Create financial analyses from quotations and prepare tender reports.
• Collaborate with Program and Project Managers for financial follow-up and advise on contractual conditions.
• Maintain financial reporting and keep dashboards up to date; advise on change management issues.
• Check receivables according to actual execution and prepare payment certificates.
• Oversee data and information management regarding investment and maintenance costs.
