Job summary

In4Matic seeks an experienced cybersecurity leader to strengthen and operationalize its security strategy, governance, and risk management. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on collaboration across business and IT to embed Security by Design.

Responsibilities include leading the cybersecurity programme, establishing a risk-based framework, and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2, while guiding third-party risk and security awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity, information security, or security governance.
• Senior leadership or advisory experience on multi-year transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR and governance.
• Ability to critically assess penetration tests and risk analyses.
• Experience with cloud, data, AI, or broader digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize the cybersecurity strategy, multi-year roadmap, governance framework, and target operating model.
• Lead the cybersecurity programme, monitor its effectiveness, and ensure ownership by business and IT stakeholders.
• Embed cyber risks in Enterprise Risk Management and maintain the cyber-risk register.
• Coordinate risk assessments for projects, systems, and significant changes; report to senior management.
• Translate technical risks into clear business impact for executive audiences.
• Define KPIs and KRIs; report risk exposure, maturity, and investment needs.
