Job summary

Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, seeks a Business Controller to own the end-to-end financial steering of structure costs across the BU. You will deliver decision-oriented analyses, forecast and budget, and collaborate with international areas and functions.

You will interact with Executive Management, ensure governance and data integrity, and drive performance with clear narratives and actionable recommendations. This role offers high visibility and growth within the ENGIE Group.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial controlling, financial management, audit or advisory roles.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex pivot tables).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO; Power BI is an asset.
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Highly analytical, structured and detail oriented.
• Ability to translate data into clear, decision oriented insights.
• Strong communicator with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial steering of BU structure costs.
• Deliver monthly performance analyses, deviations and trends.
• Identify structural risks, inefficiencies and savings opportunities.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting including Annual Budget and MTP.
• Provide executive reporting and status updates to Management.
• Collaborate with Business Areas, Support Functions and ENGIE Group.
