Job summary

OMP is seeking an Advisory Consultant to help customers optimize their supply chain by designing ideal planning cycles and organization structures. You will analyze needs, review processes, and provide strategic business advice based on data insights and industry expertise.

You will join the Delivery team within the Customer Solutions organization, collaborating with senior colleagues to deliver value before, during, and after implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar advisory role, with internal candidates considered.
• Knowledge of supply chain management solutions and a strong interest in software and technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach, including AI tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel up to 25% of your time.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' supply chain needs and challenges, review processes and roles, and define project scope.
• Define the ideal supply chain planning landscape and cycle based on OMP's Unison Planning.
• Enrich data analyses of forecasts, inventory plans and other planning data with business insights.
• Develop business cases and perform maturity assessments.
• Validate results with stakeholders and align with teams.
• Support senior colleagues in delivering advisory services to new prospects and partners.
